First of all, he's too old to be doing this. He needs to know that the geek of the year awards, were canceled next year. They were replaced by the brother that gets itching powder in his under wear drawer award. Or was it the sister that tells everyone their brother is gay award. I forget whats happening but he is acting 12 and there something wrong at your house if your sister dose it too.

Are any adults around ? Tell one that you almost fell down some stairs or banged you head because of the scare creeps. It's not good fun unless you get them back and that means playing practical jokes on them. An adult isn't going to want an all out war. So let them talk to the "older kids".

Next time one of them tries to scare you, pretend that you are seriously hurt. Don't overdo it, but keep it up as long as you can, until they are really scared they've actually caused you to break something or get a concussion. That should do the trick, and get them to think twice before trying it again.

use the fact that you are girls to your advantage this is what i did to my friend who was scaring me :P

it was late at night and he was up in his room and so we straightened my hair so it was really straight i then got a long white shirt and began to rip bits of it up

and put it on then cover myself in fake blood and have my friend *in your case sister* start screaming at the top of her lungs he runs into the room and sees her on the floor

you slam the door closed behind him holding a knife with your long WET ( thats a key part) covering your face and your sister not moving

for the next 10 seconds he will be scared for life lol

hahaah go outside their window and wear a mask knock on the window at night and just stand there with you head tilted

Hide in their closet and as they are about to fall asleep you'll attack

Them... Or hide under there blankets before they go to bed

forget scaring, wrap saran wrap over the toilet bowl when they are sleeping. When they get up to take a leak they will piss all over themselves . . . or worse heheheheh!
