What to do in this working situation? I'm extremely discouraged!?

I just began working for ToysRus three weeks ago and I'm completely dissatisfied. First off, I'm the only worker asides from maybe 3-5 who actually does something with effort. The rest of the workers work slow on purpose, chat with customers for long periods of time, and are hiding around in the back pretending to do something. When we do engage in contact, they told me they were working 10 hours and overtime on weekends and 4 hours on weekdays. My schedule are weekends for 4 hours each. Basically they get the benefit of the doubt while doing nothing and I get crap. It also takes me 3 hours to get from and back to my house so I feel like it's retarded for me to waste 7 hours for something so minimal. What should I do? I'm a dedicated worker who actually cares about doing my job correctly and it's so unfair that I'm getting less hours than everyone else.

    Yes, one can easily see why you would be discouraged but, if at work you showed the same dedication to your work, that you showed by placing this question in this category, it is easy to see why you would be dissatisfied. Do you really think this Royalty category is the best category to place your question?

    You can start by asking this question in the correct forum. Are you as careless on the job as you are on this forum? This is the Royalty forum. We are here to discuss royalty, not workplace issues. Can you understand the difference, or do you need further clarification? Perhaps someone can act it out with sock puppets for you. Would that be helpful in assisting you?

    You just started working, show your boss/supervisor that you are serious about your job (which you are) but make SURE he/she see's it, if that doesnt work go ahead and ask them for more hours!
