Is there stray dogs in downtown phoenix?

Is there stray dogs downtown phoenix? Im thinking to drive down there and rescue a few dogs.

    there probably are strays but be careful trying to catch them. Some may not be use to people but if you research dog behavior and are able to read their body language, then please do :) if not, you run the risks of getting bit and going home without the rescues

    If the canines remains around, you will desire to attend and spot and coax him to you. take a seat quietly as close as you will get to him, positioned nutrition and water a sprint techniques removed from you....the place he can get it without feeling such as you will pounce him. attempt putting little bits of meat in a path top-rated to you. while he gets close to, slowly positioned your hand out - no unexpected strikes. staying power is the foremost, if the canines is harm undesirable sufficient he would be willling to strategies-set you if he realizes you're no longer a threat

    There's probably coyotes. I ran into some in the outskirts of Tucson.
