You might consider
1. Book a check with both your GP and optician to rule out medical conditions.
2. Speak to your pharmacist for short term advice (eye drops for red eye) eye wash.
3. Check your wash products, shampoo, cosmetics such as mascara (you may be allergic)
4. Try to minimise hand to eye contact and facial contact to reduce puffiness.
Dry your face with a soft flannel (or baby muslin squares) each time you wash to reduce friction

Definately appears like an hypersensitivity. There are lots of hazardous chemical compounds in personal care, laundry and cleansing presents. I certainly not knew it unless about 6 years in the past. We switched to non-caustic products and our lives had been converted. My daughter had extreme reactions and i had slight reactions and now we now have none. You need to do away with the bad after which also construct up your immune system with wellness consuming.

Try a hypoallergenic soap, pure castile soap, or Clearly Natural sold at Meijers. Look at the ingredients in the soap, possibly a plant extract like aloe, so you can be aware of those properties / culprit.
