Baby due soon! Names?

Our baby is due fairly soon, and we (My husband and I) were thinking about names.

We don't know if it's a boy or a girl yet, so I'll tell you our favorite for both!

I'm American but my husband is Swedish, and we currently live in Boston.

We're planning on eventually moving back to Sweden (that's where we met), once our little one is a tad older! So we like Swedish names, but we also want them to be able to have a name that works in America and Sweden. Here's our top 5 for both genders! Let us know what you think...

Girls:

Maja

Matilda

Avery

Louise (Lulu)

Stella

Boys:

Andreas

Bradley

Mattias

Adrian

Marcus

    I want to choose Matilda.<3

It's a a superb name.Common or not is Sweden,it's an amazing choice for a girl.It shows class, elegance and beauty. It's a name I see on a a little girl,on a teenager, adult and grandmother.Beside its femininity,I see this name on a nice girl, instead of too girly names for spoiled little brats.A very strong name, which is great because it makes it a tomboy female-the type of female I adore and respect. With its strong, but beautiful sound, you can't go wrong with it.It has a nice history,a LOVELY meaning and a superb sound.

Maja (I know that j is pronounce y) is a nice name, but I am really bored of it.It was nice until it daily gets suggested here on Y!A,if you're a daily user. It's nice and pretty, but easy to get bored of.

Avery should not be here on your list of pretty and feminine names. It's a boy name,it's not even unisex because it lacks femininity and elegance.

Louise is a beautiful name but the Nickname Lulu is really not nice.Maybe only when she's a newborn, but on a five year old, that'd be very babish.Louise by itself is a gorgeous name.

Stella was never my favorite name. It's a nice name, anyway.

Andreas is a very handsome name! So are Adrian and Mattias.

Bradley is a name I've never liked and Marcus is a name I kinda see it on a snob. Mattias is my choice! Definitely a lovely name.

    Girls:

My favorite of this group is Avery! It is such a beautiful name and is modern and pretty! I love Ava as a nickname or just Avery! Both are gorgeous! Definitely Avery without a doubt.

    Boys:

I really like Bradley. It's not as common any more but is strong and masculine. I like Brad as a nickname! I also like Adrian. That's cute too!

    Hope this helped!

For girls, I LOVE Matilda and Stella. There's a Polish spelling of Matylda, maybe they have a Swedish spelling possibly?

For boys I really like Mattias!

i will record them from maximum widespread to least and why : a million. Mia Rose - this is a attractive blend. Mia isn't too effortless yet very somewhat and then this is paired with the classic maximum female call. 2. Sophia Isabelle - i appreciate both one among those names. I choose Sophie somewhat than Sophia yet i wager you may call her Sophie, and purely have those written this way reason for the flow. 3,.Stephanie Louise -i appreciate Stephanie, and Steph for the nickname. this is lovable. Louise on the different hand is okay yet blah. 4. Evie Noelle - Evie is short for Evelyn yet we can call her evie at the same time as youthful. - Evelyn Noelle is attractive. Very female which i love. 5. Alyssia Grace - Alyssa is prettier i imagine, yet i love this blend. Grace is a attractive call. 6. Alannah Raine - This call, weirdly, sounds type of depressing. 7. Courtney Estell - Courtney is too universal for my area and that i love Stella better than Estell. 8. Teagan Louise - Ugh, no offence yet i'm no longer prepared on both of those names. Sounds tomboyish. - a million. Carmen Louise - Finaly something somewhat. Carmen is this kind of solid female call and that i love it. Louise is okay, you've it on your record as well so this is a gorgeous good blend. 2. Alicia - Alicia is wonderful, Alice is nicer. All in all, a dull call no offence. 3. Carisa - i love this one. Sounds lovable. 4. Kaila Evie - Kaila is okay, too modern-day for my flavor. 5. Elisa - wonderful, there are better ideal ones even if. 6. Clarita - This one is amazingly humorous. 7. Kortnie - This spelling appears like this is a turtle's call. actually. Korny the Turtle. 8. Kesara - Sounds too weird and wonderful and African. Unfeminine definately. It jogs my memory of Samara, contained in the ring. wish I helped some :)

For a girl, Stella and Avery are okay. For a boy, I like Adrian, or even William. Call him Will or Billy for short

    Avery. Love it.

I also think Lulu is a cute nickname and Louise will work well for when she's older.

    Marcus and Bradley.
