    This might help

    1) Grow in the love of the Lord and find help in the time of need, by searching the scriptures, praying with believers, and remaining in God's will.

    2) God’s plan cannot be thwarted. Job 42:1-2; Proverbs 21:30; Isaiah 8:10, 13; Isaiah 14:27; Acts 23:16-22; Acts 23:11

    3) Understanding God's Will by studying Jeremiah's Prison Ministry Jeremiah 32:1-44.

    4) God uses every circumstance for believers and unbelievers, to accomplish his will. Prov. 2:1-6; John 16:14-15; Isa.14:24-27; 2 Cor. 4:3-4; Eph. 2:1-2; Col. 2:13; 1 Cor. 2:14; John 8:31-47; John 2:25; Luke 22:1-2; Prov. 16:4; Luke 4:13; Luke 22:3-5; Gen. 37:18-20; Gen. 37:25; Gen. 37:26-27; Prov. 19:21; Prov. 16:9; Psalm 105: 11-15; Ex. 34:23-24; John 7:30; John 8:20;Genesis 15:12-16;John 19:11;Acts 2:23;Ex. 1:8-11; Prov 21:1; Ex. 14:4, 31; Josh. 11:19-20; Isa. 10:5-6; Isa. 10:7; Isa. 10:15; Genesis 39:21; Ezra 1:1; Neh. 2:8; James 1:5; 1 Cor. 2:15; Eph. 1:17-19; Luke 22:31-32; Numbers 22:22-35

    5) Bible verses on overcoming uncertainty .Philippians 4:6-7; 1 Peter 5:7; Hebrews 11:6; Matthew 6:25-34; Psalm 121:3-8; Psalm 55:22; Hebrews 10:35

    6) Pray for believers and persecuted Christians 1 Tim 2:1-4

Be in touch with the suffering believers, send them cards with your prayers in it, of hope and peace.

People, who were misplaced, by persecution, should be helped by Christians, and they in turn may help and pray for the people, who are still there.

Your not crazy. I believe you 100%. Because I've been there, and it's only a sleep disorder.

Let me explain whats happening to you. Everyone needs sleep. It's broken into parts. The important part is called REM sleep. It happens in the middle of the night.

So if you go to sleep at 10 pm and wake up at 7am, they say you slept for 9 hours. Most of that was a waste of time except the REM part. It's like you have to travel to REM and then travel back from REM.

When you sleep is disrupted, you can't travel to REM. There are a lot of reasons that keep you from traveling. But a Doctor can figure that out later. We are dependent on REM, and if we can't get there, stuff starts to happen.

That stuff is what night mares are made of. Night mare is german for the crusher that comes at night. Once you know the details the crusher will go away. When we sleep our frontal lubes, cerebrum, shuts off. That's the part of our brain that makes humans different. It's smart and logical. Our sub conscience takes over. It's like a dogs brain, it reacts tries to explain whats going on but it isn't that smart.

So you don't sleep right and your cerebrum must sleep. When it hasn't slept, it will shut off automatically. You think your asleep but start having hallucinations. Your mind is in two places at once. You can't get away, because REM paralyzes you and you can't move. That's when your sub conscience gets paranoid and the night mares begin. Your scared and can't move. It's terrifying, and if you wait long enough, you can move again.

Night mares are your sub conscience minds way of dealing with things that bother you. When your afraid of something your mind knows it and uses it against you. With you it's ghosts.

When you hear something and nothing is there, it's a hallucination. All your senses can do that. So we see, hear, smell, and even feel hallucinations. Tactile hallucinations are real, you feel the things that happen. They grab you, your bed moves, and other things too.

What worked to scare the monsters out of my room was reading the bible. When I was frozen and hands were grabbing and pulling at me. I would recite a prayer over and over. I knew this was not real and the more I ignored it and fought back the less it happened. Basically I was scaring myself

If I was having a bad night I would go sleep on the couch or where ever.

So you don't sleep long, you have strange visions and dreams. Do you feel real tired during the day ?

I think you have a sleep disorder, I do. There are ways to treat it and maybe even get rid of it.

It stinks having a problem, but there are solutions. Be glad we weren't born hundreds of years ago. I wouldn't be here to tell you whats wrong. They would have burnt me at the stake. To save me from demons. I hope this helps and please try to work through your other problems. I know things can be tough, but they do get better. I promise.

ahh, you're very stressed out. completely normal at your age. basically, what's happening is that your hormonal balance is changing and you don't get enough serotonin or dopamine in your brains. these two hormones are the main reason for depression. stress can cause a reduction in the forming of dopamine and serotonin. not eating well can cause this as well. so get your eating habits right first.

what you just described is called a sleep paralysis. technically, you're body is asleep, but your mind isn't. the "ghost" is the making of your imagination and i know a lot of people who have suffered from this same condition. it's always the same male figure for all of them and they couldn't really tell what it looked like either. it's like a shadow, isn't it? what you need to do is calm down and take it easy. you have to find the reason why you're stressing out and then eliminate that factor from your life for awhile.

to be honest, it would a good thing to see a doctor or a therapist. they can tell you a lot more about this issue than i can. but don't be afraid, what you're experiencing is completely normal for someone who's stressed out.

I think about one in five people have some sort of mental illness, or go through something like that, some people get it worse than others. There are treatments for schizophrenia if that's what you have, but then it seems strange that it only happens at night.

No, you are not crazy. You probably have sleep paralysis. So many people have gone through exactly what you have gone through. Next time it happens say "JESUS" in your head or try saying it out loud. I'm not even kidding. Go on YouTube and type in "sleep paralysis story" and so many people have had the same experience. My friend went through the same thing, so no, you're definitely not crazy.

    Good luck! :)

It's normal to have difficulties with sleep if you are troubled. Sorry about your brain ghosts. Try sleeping in another room. See what happens

You should go to a doctor.

seeing things like that usually isn't a good thing.

depression + self harm is also massive cause for concern.

    seriously. Talk to someone.

Yahweh says that the demons torment people. Pray to Yahweh through Jesus Christ and He will help you.

Pray constantly for help. Give your life to God. Soon our troubles will be over when Jesus ends Satan's world.

Peace be with you. Sincerely, Yahweh, Jesus and Christine.

    You need Jesus.

Nothing but the power of Jesus Christ will drive away demonic problems.

I will be praying for you, and I ask that all other Christians who read this do the same.
