Which cookies would you choose?
I am baking Christmas cookies for neighbors, doctors, and family. I want to make fun ones. These are the choices I would like you to pick. Please rank them in a list from your favorite to least favorite.
Banana Kipferl- has vanilla bean banana chips in it, shaped into a banana shape, and one side is dipped in white chocolate, other in dark
Melting Moments- has two cookies together with a filling of mascarpone cheese mix- The vanilla cookies have chocolate mixed with cheese and chocolate cookies have vanilla mixed with the cheese for the filling
Citrus Pinwheels- lemon extract in one half, orange extract in the other with a pinwheel design
Could also make normal vanilla/chocolate pinwheel cookies
Mint Chocolate Kisses- cocoa powder mixed with 2 cookies that are sandwiched together. The filling has heavy cream, white chocolate, and MINT in it. Then a layer of dark chocolate frosting
Chocolate Hazelnut Spirals- vanilla cookies pinwheeled with nutella
Lemon Macaroons- two macaroons sandwiched with a lemon filling (for the people who like macaroons)

I like them all! But here is my list from most to least.
1.Mint Chocolate Kisses (I would use Milk Chocolate)
2.Banana Kipferl (I would also use Milk Chocolate)
3.Lemon Macaroons (Add Something to make it look more pretty or fancy such as coconut!)
4.Chocolate Hazelnut Spirals (I love it! Maybe with the nutella make a spiral you know like a swirl out of peanut butter and nutella!
5.Melting Moments (The cheese mix turns me off! :( sorry!)
Curtis Pinwheels (Orange extract turns me off too! :( sorry!)
Hope This Helps You!

They all sound good.
My choice in order of first choice down would be...
1. Chocolate hazelnut Spirals.
2. Mint Chocolate Kisses.
3. Melting Moments.
4. Lemon Macaroon.
5. Citrus Pinwheel. (if you did vanilla/chocolate this would move to #4 and current #4 to 5)
6 Banana Kipferl. Not that I don't like banana but with all the chocolate that comes first.
Have fun baking!
I had a difficult time with the first three they should all be #1.
