How come the chat isnt working on my minecraft server but everyone can move around?
Everyone can move around fine, no damage can be taken, mobs don't attack you, only admins and up can talk and only admins and up can use commands. Please help me

Sound like your having extreme lag issues. You should close all torrents and downloads and then try rejoining.
Also, if this is a bukkit server of Minecraft then there might be that only certain ranks can use the chat/commands and that you need at least a certain rank to be able to chat.
