How much should I sell my PS3 for?

First off, I personally would not go to Gamestop to sell it. They tend to give you the bare minimum in store credit. I believe that for a perfect 160 Gigabyte Playstation 3, you may be able to sell it for 3/4 of what you bought it for, which is probably around $175 - $190 USD.

When selling pre-owned things you look for the retail price and deduct from there. People won't buy it from you for retail price because there's things called receipts and warranties which they can use to return it if it doesn't work out. Deduct for condition and add for any other extra accesories you have tha didn't come with the system. Or if you don't want to go to the trouble sell it to a shop, bur remember that you're getting money for the convenience of not selling it yourself and they need to pay their staff and make a profit.

Call your local gamestop or other store and find out how much they sell the 160 gig for used. Then beat the price by about $15 and you should be able to sell it.

I'd go for $150 but don't sell it at Gamestop or EB games they'll give you like $30 at max, it's a huge rip off. Sell it on a ad listing site or on amazon/eBay. Good luck!

Sell it has you bought it. If its in perfect condition and you want to use ebay, sell it about 20$ cheaper.

i would sell it for anywhere between 200-250 it would rreally help if you had a few games to go with it
