Can a underweight person gain muscle mass from a Raw Food Vegan Diet?

I lift heavy weights 4 times a week. and i use hemp protien shakes and fava beans as protien..can I get big muscles just by eating raw fresh food?

    Soy protein would be better as it is a complete protein. Rice protein is pretty good. Yes you can you just need the same amount of protein as meat eater would be eating. .7g - 1g per lb of lean muscle.

    Also if you are underweight make sure you are eating a surplus of calories or you'll stay underweight. This is probably due to a high metabolism.
