Is "she herself" grammatically correct?
For example, I want to write: ".... furthermore, she herself truly inspires me because ..."

It is not technically grammatically correct because you are using the word herself in the wrong way. The phrase she herself (or other reflexive combinations like this) should only be used when "she" is the subject of the sentence and also the object of the verb and you want to avoid confusion. "She didn't know that she herself was the problem." You would use this construction to avoid confusion over who the second "she" was. You should not use it in any other context.

Yes, if you add a comma.
For Example:
She, herself build the ship
The she, herself is called a reflexive pronoun and that means the pronoun "reflects" the one next to it.
Hope this helped.

No, it should be 'would have' not 'had.'
