Question for frequent pot smokers?
So "a friend of mine" smokes pot frequently. And the other day he had this dream where he was smoking and was high. He suddenly woke up in the middle of the dream and felt completely stoned. The feeling went away after a minute or so. But this leads me to a couple questions. Has anyone else ever had an experience like this? Do you think this means that, as long as you have some THC in your fat cells, you can use the power of your mind to activate your high anytime you want?

This has nothing to do with "THC in your fat cells." Once the effect wears off, it's gone. The reason your "friend" felt high is the same reason you'd wake up feeling sad if you had a dream about a loved one dying.
