Can someone give me some advice or answers please?

So lately, I've been feeling terrible. There is constant pain in my head, not like headaches, but like pain. All in different spots. When I go to read a book, I get huge pressure in my whole head. I'm a 13 year old girl if that helps any. Its like constant pain in my head. Sometime my face gets numb, and I always feel like I can't breathe. Right now, I have pain in the back right side of my head all the way to eyebrow on the right side. Could it be really bad neck tension? Anxiety? Brain Tumor? Cancer? I don't know.

Update:

I think I'm going to the doctor soon!

You can never know unless you see a doctor. If it's pain, you definitely should be seen, because you want to rule out blood clots. It could also be nothing to worry about, but it's better to be safe than sorry.
