what if the world didnt end on dec 21?

after some backpedaling and humiliation, we get back to our regular lives

Then they find something else to mark a date for a new end of the world.

End of the world junkies have been around for at least 300 years, and probably thousands of years and they aren't going away. It will quiet down for a few months, and then people will slowly start buzzing about the next end of the world event.

What if it doesn't end on December 21? Well, since it isn't going to end, I guess we'll find out what comes next in about 5 days. Probably more of the same...
