    genotype of female carrier of sex linked disease is such that one of her X chromosome is normal i.e. non-disease carrying but the other X chromosome is abnomal or disease carrying.

    XRXr

    R=disease gene

    r= normal gene

    this can be vice versa if the sex linked disease is recessive

    XRXr

    R=normal gene

    r= disease gene

    a million. XrY 2. rr 3. With intercourse chromosomes, adult males purely have a million X so if a recessive gene is placed on that X it is going to coach because of fact the Y consists of very few genes. For a recessive trait to coach in an autosomal chromosome they the two must be recessive. 4. linked genes are on the comparable chromosome, the closer they are to a minimum of one yet another on the comparable chromosome the greater advantageous the prospect they are going to be inherited jointly. 5. XY 6. Crossing over or recombination 7. D 8. Incomplete dominance the place the phenotype is a combination of the dominant and recessive. Co-dominance the place the two alleles phenotypes prepare.

    X^normal X^defect. (This is assuming that normal is the dominant gene and the defect gene is recessive)

    It depends if the disease is dominant or recessive. if it is recessive it would be X^r X^r and if it was dominant it would be X^R X^r or X^R X^R.
