Wouldn't buying a machine gun or any type murder gun be questionable for a gun shop owner?

Ok, first off...im just sick and tired of all these mass shootings in this world. Is it like a trend or something?? INNOCENT CHILDREN AND PEOPLE HAD THEIR LIVES Took by SINISTER PEOPLE. But my question for you guys is that I am here hearing mixed news about the mall shooting and the recent school shooting about the guns being used for these massacres.. but how are these Machine guns getting sold? Wouldn't the owner of a gun store question on " Why is this person purchasing a "machine gun"? It is obviously meant to kill a human?? It is one thing to buy a handgun for protection, or a hunting gun for deers and etc..but wouldn't anyone recognize a killer with these machine guns??

Well, first of all your ignorance is showing!

I read several articles on the latest school shooting. The firearm used was a semi-auto Bushmaster AR-15. A common .223 caliber rifle. One of the articles stated that the Bushmaster was known for it's durability and accuracy (why would any shooter want a durable, accurate weapon?).

The big problem with "assault weapon bans" is that they do not use rational criteria for including weapons in the ban. The Bushmaster AR-15 comes in a variety of looks. With adjustable fiberglass stock, top handle, fiberglass fore stock with pistol grip, flash suppressor, etc ... it's a banned "assault weapon". Take the same exact working parts, give these parts a solid wood stock, remove the flash suppressor, top handle and pistol grip ... it's a "hunting rifle" and not subject to the ban. SAME working parts, SAME rate of fire, SAME ammunition.

These "Assault weapon bans" are useless, the closest thing I can think of to compare it to would be banning cars with bright, multicolored "Fast and Furious" paint jobs and cars with decals arranged in a "track car fashion" from the roads because they are "race cars" not suitable for highway use. The "fast and furious paint job" might cover an unmodified 4 cylinder engine. But because the car "looks evil" it should be banned from the road?

The answer to mass shootings is not a "feel good" ban on certain types of firearms ... been there, done that, discovered it don't work. Why repeat the experiment? In fact no single action of government will have much of an impact. This situation is serious ... dead 6 and 7 year old children serious. We need more than a "knee jerk reaction" with no follow up. We need a well thought out plan that attacks the situation at all of it's roots. Gun control groups, gun owner groups, prisoner advocates, State attorney generals, criminal justice authorities, mental health professionals and advocates, news media personalities, and government leaders need to drop the party line crapola, and work together to come up with a multifaceted plan that actually has a chance at reducing this type of heinous crime.

The answer isn't a simple "do this, pass that law and we're DONE" kind of thing. It's going to take groups of people (some of which do not like each other) working together.

There are ways to buy illegal weapons in the world. Out of 6 billion people a few are bound to buy/sell guns and some go insane and kill people and often themselves. I hear usually a few mass shooting a week so, if ever day there was some big mass murder only 365 out of 6 billion succeeded in mass murder I could be wrong there could be 100th of mass murder a day but usualt I hear 1 every week or 2

Also some people do shooting as a hobby and shoot guns all kinds of guns that 1 way or reson they could own a machine gun. I think fully auto matic is illegal some please correct me if I am wrong

There have been no machine guns used in the school shootings. to won a full auto weapon requires a background check, a $200 tax in addition to the cost of the weapon, and there must be a Class III dealer in there somewhere. What in the blue Susie is a murder gun? It is ANY gun used to murder someone. It is meaningless in any other context. On top of that, most of these mass shootings are being done with stolen weapons or guns legally obtained, so there is no real way to stop that. Try to learn something about firearms so you won't appear to be stupid when you talk about them,

First off many people own semi automatic "machine guns" and its perfectly legal and due to common practice, raises no eyebrows. Secondly, fully auto guns are bought and sold illegally so there is no middle man shop keeper invvolved to question someone. Third, most murder weapons are bought on the black market so as to not have VIN numbers for identification and as to avoid the necessary background checks which are required to obtain sed fire arms. whether its legal, illegal, or stolen these guys will get their weapons regardless.

Semi automatic weapons. If they're legal to sell, they're legal for anyone to own. Hunting rifles and handguns have been used in many murders too. Anything can kill someone. It's not about the guns. It's about the people.

    type of murder gun?

what is a "murder" gun vs a none murder gun?

machine guns are not sold in stores. and it is none of the gun shop owners business on why he wants to buy something. if the gun shop owner has any doubts he can always refuse sell.

and what kind of a moron would hunt deer with a handgun?

u should keep in mind that not all guns are bought from stores sum people buy them from gun runners that work for gangs and the like also its not always bought they are ocasionaly stolen from fam who might hav a license to weild one or they might not and i dont think its a trend to kill people alot of these school shootings are from kids who r bullied alot in school most murders these days are done by people who only see struggle its messd up but true half these thugs see crime as the only thing they can do to get paid they dont try to get a job like they should then bcause of the way the system even if they wanna change the criminal records makes it where people wont hire so they get stuck on that path murders are not always done for those reasons but this worlds messd up and needs to change

some machine guns are legal but usually highly regulated, in recent shooting they don't tend to be commited with machine guns. If they have them it's usually the black market or some kind of illegal way of obtaining them.

Your premise is false, and it's based on ignorance. Unlike regular firearms, fully-automatic weapons are not sold in an open market.
