It depends on how much smoothies you drank. If you drank like 5,000 calories worth of smoothies a day, you're very likely to gain weight. This is because it's actually about calories - and not what foods you actually eat (this is more or less true, but we will say it is for the sake of the argument).
Also....eating fruit does wonders for your skin? Fruits does have antioxidants that can be beneficial, but the high levels of sugar can actually have your skin have a slightly "rough" texture.
And finally, it's better that you EAT your foods when you can. When you physically eat your foods, it sends signals to your brain that you're eating and that you should be full. This is why people that thoroughly chew their foods eat slightly less than those that do not. Drinking your meals is also not advised because you miss out on key nutrients. For example, in hospitals, you will never see a patient consuming smoothies all day long if they can physically eat. This is because it's healthier to do so.
Long story short - yes, you will lose weight IF you consume less calories than your body requires to maintain weight (while factoring exercise), but this is not advised for long term weight loss.

You're not getting any fats or protein from just smoothies alone.
Eating specific types of food isn't going to make you lose weight, eating less calories than you are using will.
Having fruits only will do wonders for your skin though :) Though its not recommended on a long term basis. I'd do it for a week max to get your skin glowing bright as the sun hahaha
