Which is only going to get really huge if you don't pay up. Libraries are a free service and you're taking advantage of it, Cookie. You want to rent from somewhere else? Are you going to do the same thing until they take you to court. Come on! Pay up.

the library fee may not be as big as you think . usually the fee stops rising after a time because they realise people will never return the book if the fee is too high.
