Flash problem using Windows Vista over the internet?

OK so when I go to watch a program on Demand 5 UK or download a program using iLivid they both say my Flash Player is not up to date which it is as I downloaded the latest one. This is really ticking me off, any ideas please.

The easiest fix would be to download and install the Mozilla Firefox browser from here:

    http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/

Then after you do that download and install the Flash Player EXE Installer for Plugin-based browsers from here:

    http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribu...

My friend has Windows 7 with Internet Explorer and I couldn't fix the same problem you have on his computer. I never tried installing an older version of Flash Player so maybe you should try that. Make sure you uninstall your current version of Flash Player first. The next time I get on my friend's PC I'm going to try it.

If you install Flash Player 10.3 make sure you turn off Updates by going into the Control Panel, click on the Flash Player icon, click the Advanced tab and check "Never check for updates (not recommended)".

How do I revert to a previous version of Flash Player?

While we always recommend using the latest version of Flash Player, sometimes problems are encountered in a new release that were not present in a previous release. If you are unable to work around these problems and they block functionality you rely on, rolling back to a previous version might be required until an update is made available. This FAQ will walk you through the steps required for reverting back to a previous version of Flash Player.

How do I do a clean install of Flash Player?

In most cases, a clean install is not required when installing Flash Player. The Flash Player installer will upgrade previous installs without having to uninstall first. However, if you find you're running into problems or would like to downgrade to a previous version, the following steps and video should help.
