Liberals since you claim that we have a revenue problem will you support a US Constitutional Amendment to limit government spending to the revenues it receives?
Defense is a Constitutionally mandated requirement of the Federal government to provide for...along with Post Offices and Roads, Treasury, and a Judaical System...after that the nice things may have to go to keep that which is required to have. Can you support that?

As long as it's absolute and doesn't have clauses that exclude certain things.
Are you OK with saying that the military needs to cut spending and, even if a hard year with many wars, needs to live on the money they appropriated at the start of the year?
