state and federal law enforcement(oxymoron there) have failed totally to deal with criminals, psychotics, psychopaths and recidivists these people are easily identified at an early age but the mantra of "freedom" trumps everything, teachers think bullying is a valid lifestyle choice and the government doesn't want anyone to hurt criminals

As I said before, a society that thinks restricting civil liberties is a valid response to any tragedy, deserves the tyranny and oppression that will follow.
