OK, a few things to check so I'll just list them:

Change all of the fuel tubing - it may be split.

Get new fuel - it could be out of date / a bad batch

Change the glo-plug and charge your glo plug igniter - take the plug out and check it's working on the igniter.

Re-set the mixture needles on the engine to the base settings specified by the manufacturer.

Make sure it's getting fuel, is the fuel reaching the carb? Check this by taking the plug out and turning it over with the starter - fuel should spray out of the plug hole.

Make sure that the throttle servo is correctly setup so that the carb barrel doens't close fully at minimum throttle but does at bottom trim (cut-off).

Try holding your finger over the end of the exhaust for a few seconds when starting it up - it draws fuel into the engine but be careful not to flood it.

Make sure that the clutch isn't dragging and stopping the engine.

If you're unsure about any of these steps go and get help from a local hobby store or club, don't take risks with a .60 sized heli it could take fingers off in a flash,
