I lie A LOT but I want to stop?

I lie all the time. And it's always about the littlest things. I just fabricate stories, and honestly, I think that sometimes I tell stories for attention. I want to stop lying because I feel like I'm living a lie, but it has just become such a habit, I don't know how to stop. Can anyone help me?

I know how that feels. Making up your own world exactly how you want it and deceiving people. I suggest you slowly stop lying even if it hurts.

You don't want to hear that you are fine but you are. You have a low grade anger in going on inside you and you want someone to tell you what is right and show you the way things are.

How about this? You already know what is right, deep down. You are not in touch with this depth and that alone can make some folks mad. If you believe there is "no substance" in life then you lie to challenge the status quo. You just want to shake things up to find the walls edge and you just want to climb over and then know there is something more to this simple little life.

    There is something more.

Slow down and know that doing the right thing holds rewards in the long run. Trust, your own truth, what ever that may look like and give the love that you get to show others is all the rewards that an inner depth holds for your life.

Lies don't kill anything but trust in yourself and guilt makes you feel heavy and shallow. But if you must shake the tree of experience and wake up the sleep walkers then do what you must but you only really hurt yourself when you lie.

I'm dead now but when I was alive I wrote books. Am I telling the truth?

This little stunt may make you not trust my intentions and advice but I may just be shaking your tree or making my point

    or am I?

Just stop lying. My ex husband lied about everything. It's not admirable, it's detrimental. If you lie then count on getting lied to!
