My boyfriend is very self-conscious about his hair loss! help?
So I am in a long distance relationship with a guy I am in love with. Recently he opened up to me about being self-conscious of his hair loss... I haven't even noticed and we skype/send pictures/etc. regularly. When i talk about meeting him, he says things like "by that time idk why you'd even want to see me anymore though" and "you might think differently when I'm bald in a year" and he told me he "can hardly even look in the mirror anymore"
I hate that he feels this way about himself... I tell him I love him and it does not make a difference to me and I will always find him attractive but he just does not seem to believe me. He has said to me "you deserve so much better than me" and every time he says these type of things it makes me cry. I don't know what to say to him to make him feel better about himself... I have already told him that hair loss is natural and every man goes through it at some point in their lives... I've also asked him if he would love me any less if I lost my hair since women can have thinning hair too... he said he would never love me any less.
So my question is... how can I make him feel better about himself? What can I say to him? I hate that he is sad all the time because of this, it breaks my heart.
thank you for anyone who can help :)
more details... he is only in his early twenties.
This makes him hate his hair loss even more... he feels like he is aging before anyone else and that he is the only one that is going through this

Google different stories about hair loss in early twenties, tell him it is very very common. That it is nothing to be ashamed of, that it will happen anyways. Tell him that you still love him and find him attractive. Say that if you want to be together forever, that it's going to happen eventually. Tell him that you'll always love him no matter what.

Hair loss affects both men and women. Here are some natural remedies that can help boost hair growth: https://bitly.im/aOgNj While genetics plays a role, there are other factors, including: hormonal imbalances, an underactive thyroid gland, nutrient deficiencies and insufficient scalp circulation.

Sweatheart, the only thing you can do is give him your smile, acceptance, love, assurance, etc. When he brings it up, tell him : 'So what honey? I dont care about that. I love you for who you are!' And give him a big smile. Let that brighten up his day. And if it doesnt, seems like he is filled with too much self-pity to see that that you really do not care and that you really do love him. You cant make someone see what you see. He can only learn that for himself. Dont blame yourself and know that you cant make him see this, only he can. Only he can learn and love himself, bald or not bald. You can only control yourself so control your reaction to him and make sure you sure you show him you love him nevertheless. The rest is up to him.
