"Hey, [his name]. Do you know [her name]? Yeah, she's really cute and fun and awesome and she's my best friend and she has this crush on you...and she just wanted to know if you like her back or not?"
Just come out with it or not. There's no way you can go about it without him figuring out that she likes him.
