I drink Vega sports energyser and recovrery but my friend says i should drink creatine is all this stuff together bad for me

Creatine is going to be the best for you. I would drink it 1 hr before a workout and within 30-45 minutes of the workout. It will help get the best muscle gains. No need to take vega sports energizer. Most of those energy drinks are just a ton of sugar and caffeine. If you need an extra pre workout kick, just drink a 8 oz cup of coffee straight (black, no sugar, no cream). On a side note, get a creatine monohydrate, do not buy all these creatine drinks with tons of extra crap in them unless its protein, vitamins, and amino acids, no high sugar super energy junk.
