DNA heating and then reforming?

If DNA separated by heating is cooled and reforms, which kind (unique sequence or highly repetitive) of DNA do you think would realign first? Last? Explain.

The one with high repeats will form first because of the high probability of the repeats to interact with the bases complementary. Unique sequence will be the last to reform because of limited interactions between the complementary bases.

My knee jerk response is "whatever has the greatest A-T content"

I'd suspect the highly repetitive would reform more quickly. More places for an attempted binding.
