should i take this trade - fantasy basketball?

i give up:

Al Jefferson

I get:

Demarcus Cousins

Amare Stoudemire

Jeremy Lin

AJeff has been lights out this year, but i am in 8th place right now and have zac randolph, josh smith, jj hickson, and brook lopez. Should I take this one or try to counter?

That is a lot of depth and upside. Considering you are not high in standings, I say take the risk. Jefferson is a candidate to be traded by the Jazz, so there is no telling what his value will be

i would say keep al jefferson. He is top 5 centers in the league. None of those players in that group that your trying to get have any good fantasy value. We dont know how amare is going to be and Jeremy Lin is a bust this year. Cousins is good but he has his own issues to deal with and you do not want any part of that. I would say make a trade for brook lopez as he looks very susceptible to getting injured again for a good fantasy player like andre kirelenko. The rest of your big man look fine. Do not move any of those pieces.

If you really want to ship al jefferson then go for two decent players for him. Depends on what you need. I would say a 1-1 trade for nicolas batum would be great for you but that would be really hard to pull off for you..

I don't think I'd make that one. You only have one sure thing in Cousins. Who knows what Amare will do when he comes back and Lin is behind Harden. I'd counter for someone more consistent than Lin, and Amare might be a good add later. But not Lin. Need more consistency.
