What should I expect at this examination?

Basically, I'm going to the doctor at a hospital for stomach pains, bleeding during bowel movements, and pain during eating/drinking. I've never gone to a doctor for something this severe, unless you count going to the podiatrist for having a large infection "taken out." So, what I'm wondering is, what should I expect? Will it involve needles? Cameras on cords? "Samples?" I really have no idea. If anyone has gone to the doctor for something closely relating to what I have, What did the doctors do?

In hospital physician/examination.....Would surely involve, a medical exam, perhaps to palpate the stomach, possibly x-rays, and even a at home test for bowel movements X3, called occult blood or he may just order on the spot, a Colonoscopy...Were you told to fast before coming to the appt ? He may give you a requisition for lab work, as stated the colonoscopy, involving the camera, but you have to fast for that test, and do the pre- home work for that before showing up. Just know that the physicians are all highly trained a nd experienced +++...You will be further ahead this time tomorrow night than you are at present. Not knowing is not the answer. Go forward, and deal with the matter. What ever it is...Caught in time !! thanks to 21st century medicine. Worrying conquers nothing. You are in competent hands. Have not personally been a patient for this However, have see multi +++ persons treated and I as the medical technologist have been side by side, absorbed in their case histories. Toorrow is a new day, try to rest this evening, and be rest assured, you will be fine knowing that you have kept your appt and to be treated for your ailment. best wishes to you.

Yes it's definitely going to be a whole bodily' and if you are no longer relaxed with a male health care provider doing all that things you must selected a woman health care provider. You're sixteen and no longer a child anymore and although he's your loved ones health care provider it's not suitable for male medical professionals giving bodily to ladies of your age, I consider you realize what I imply. Take Care.
