Tips and tricks for fat/weight loss?

Hey I'm 17 5'10" 214 lbs. I'm trying to get down to 185 lbs for march. I'm going to army bct for national guard and I want to lose weight because I'm going to be infantry and I want to be in peak physical condition. I'm not fat right now but I'm not skinny. I go to the gym everyday and have a 4 day split and most of my weight is muscle. I'm bulky and I want to cut down to look better and perform better. Do you guys have any tips on losing 30lbs in 3 months? I'll try anything oh and I don't have that much moneyso don't recommend anything expensive. Thanks!

Unless you're a bodybuilder, try keeping your carbs under 50 or 60 grams a day. I guarantee you will lose weight and feel fantastic. You should definitely just stick to the basics; fruit, veg, nuts/seeds and pure protein (grass fed meat and free range eggs are best). Dairy is not going to help at all, do a little googling on how bad dairy is for us. Unsweetened almond milk is delicious and much healthier. Also avoid refined carbs like pasta, bread, sugar, flour, or anything with mysterious ingredients. Try investing in some almond flour (just grinded up almonds) and either agave nectar or stevia if you want to do some baking. Exercise will make a HUGE impact. Just 5 minutes of calisthenics every day can make a difference. I suggest taking a multivitamin and a fish oil supplement. If you have a lot of trouble with energy, this LIFESTYLE will help you the most, but an l-tyrosine supplement can really kill a pesky appetite and get you on the treadmill. I don't suggest it if you have an anxiety disorder, and if you do take it, your body will adapt after a week or two usually and it won't do much anymore. Your choice. Best of luck!!! PS take a peek around your nearest health food store for the things I suggested, you probably won't find the best of the best in a grocery store. If you live in the USA, don't trust a single thing the FDA you guys have down there tells you is okay or healthy. Do your own research. 1500 is a perfect calorie goal. One more thing. STAY AWAY FROM GIMMICKS LIKE SLIMFAST, that includes all diet pills etc. L-tyrosine is just a supplement which is a precursor to the neurotransmitter dopamine which, in short, makes us satisfied. It is found in many different kinds of meat. Stay away from anything unnatural, and really pay attention to your body. If you feel like crap eating this way for the first few days, your body is detoxifying. Wait it out and you will feel better than ever before
