What does "achuiyel" mean in Russian?

I speak Russian myself and most of my friends say this word. They tell me it's a really bad word. I've never heard the word before and I just want to know what it means.

Actually it’s better to know context to translate this slang word exactly..but usually its applied to the person who did smth bad/inappropriate (at least as u think)..It can be both global or just smth unsignificant at the same time….For example, when somebody stepped on ur feet or punched you, you can say – Ty chto, akhuel? It’s a bad word actually and its very impolite to use it…This word comes from the word Khui that means Dick..and..in Russia there are a lot of bad words coming from this noun – they can have positive and negative meaning.. for example Akhuenno!- means Awesum, Cool..
