That's because they planted a trojan virus or keylogger on your hard drive and know every password you change. Run Malwarebytes ( .org ) or SUPERAntiSpyware to find and delete the virus. If these fail to find anything, you may just have to perform a complete System Recovery and reinstall the Windows operating system. Back everything up you need to keep as the hard drive will be wiped clean. Use your Windows installation disk to reinstall the OS.

First of all delete your account, then pack all your bags and retreat to an isolated rain forest. After that make sure no ones watching you, it might not be too late. You see this is no ordinary case of hacking, I'm afraid you've been targeted by the FBT and you can do nothing to secure your twitter account. The best thing to do is to remain in the rain forest and become one with nature. If you don't retreat a rain forest, then chances are the FBT will find you, and they will kill you.

You should report the harassment, which wlll lead to criminal investigation. Also, you should report both problems to twitter and facebook and possibly create clones of your accts until the issue is resolved.
