Nate had obviously turned The Spectator into a successful business, it appeared he was single from what we saw at the wedding and him getting off the plane alone. There was no one at the wedding for him. He may have been with Sage but there was no evidence of that

Rufus looked like he was dating Lisa Loeb, she is a musician and she performed in the same concert as Rufus' band did in season 1 episode 17

Lilly appeared to be with William although you can't say that for sure, he may have just been at the wedding because he is the father of the bride.

The audience has no clue what Lola or Ivy are doing. You have to assume Lola is still acting as it was mentioned in the finale she was filming a movie somewhere overseas and as far as Ivy goes we have to assume she left New York and/or never bothered any of the characters again

Basically a lot of stuff was left to the audiences imagination

Rufus is with Lisa Loeb a musician. Who played at the same concert back in season 1

Lola was on the front page of the spectator staring in a movie with Olivia (Hillary Duff) with the heading: "The twisted tale of a female con Artist who Took Manhattan For Millions"

Therefore Ivy is probably promoting her book and earning more money from a movie deal

Nate's relationship with Sage isn't even shown: he appeared to be alone at the wedding, whilst everyone else was with a couple. (Jack and Georgina? Didn't see that one coming)
