How to gain weight the healthy way ?

Im 5''7 1/2 and weight 124 pounds and want to gain 2 Pound's but with healthy foods, Any good ideas ?

    The easiest way to do it is to just try to incorporate more high calorie foods into your diet so you can

    get the most calories without having to eat huge portions.

    peanut butter and nutella, or any kind of nuts - high in fat and calories but still very good for you.

    or whole milk, cheese or other high fat dairy products- good source of calcium and protein, but high in fat and calories. always go for whole fat, leave low fat alone.

    Carbs such as cereal, pastas and rice - great for energy but can be high in calories for small portions.

    Donuts or other pastrys...lots of carbs, sugar and fat. less healthy but lots of calories.

    also, fried foods, anything covered in cheese, large amounts of pasta/ noddle dishes, ice cream or milkshakes, and use lots of high calorie extras like gravy, ranch dip, buttery or cheesy sauces to add extra calories to anything you eat.

    Pretty much anything high in sugar, fat or carbs is good for gaining. Like donuts, eat enough and you WILL gain.

    take some bananas everyday after ur meals, mix up some 1-2 tbsp of honey to cold milk and drink in the morning and evening. this works.

    Eat well and work out hard on the weights.

    No magic pill here.
