I am in college, and can't find a part-time or full-time job, I can't stand my town I live in and I'm done with living a mediocre normal life. I keep getting emails from the Army, peace corps, and other traveling opportunities. How many credits do I need to join the Army? Do I need any skills for being a missionary, peace corps person, or NCCC? What should I do magical yahoo people?

You're "getting emails from" Peace Corps? Without a college degree yet? I don't think so.
Unless you have decades of work experience, you're not qualified for Peace Corps, and they don't exactly blanket the country with recruiting materials. I can't imagine what you've seen.
You need a college degree to be a "peace corps person" [sic]. You're not qualified right now.
Yes, you need skills. To be in the Army, to be a missionary, to work at a fast-food place or to be an NCCC team member.
You have skills, though. What you need to do it look at what it is that you are capable of doing. That won't be apply for Peace Corps or a missionary, but look at different programs. NCCC, if you're between 18 and 24, could work. (I've worked with some of the members ... the bar isn't so high).
But here's the thing: everyone wants to travel. No one wants to live a mediocre, normal life. In that regard, you're not special.
So figure out how you *are* special and learn to market that. It's not easy, but there's only so much strangers on a Q&A board can do to help.
Start volunteering locally and see where you fit. You'll meet new people and gain new skills.
