He is trying to be positive, by saying that the loss in W.I. 2007 W.C. was even worse than this series loss and India has done well to win the next edition of W.C. in 2011.

Right choices will have to be made, non performing players will have to go and above all, a split Captaincy system has to be introduced in the Indian team as well.

As B.R.Singham rightly said that Dhoni is a senior also & his appeal to seniors to take charge of the situation, should include him too & maybe first up, as he is the Captain also.

Its very easy to criticize everything, after a defeat and the time has come to do few right things also. V.Kohli isn't ready for Tests captaincy, it has to go to Sehwag or Gambhir, whoever is still going to stay in the team as an opener.

Dhoni could still captain team in ODI's and Kohli should be made T-20 Captain.

No senior player should be allowed to play in T-20 and their tenure in IPL should be cut down to half, BCCI being the boss everywhere has to find a way out.

Youngsters only should represent team India in T-20 and if they succeed there, only then they qualify for ODI's and then if they are good enough, they get selected for Tests. No IPL player should be drafted in the Indian team for ODI's directly & Tests should be a complete no.

Hopefully selectors would listen to the public outcry and do the right things, its not anything but lack of quality in the Indian team, which is responsible for all the losses, time has come to take the hard decisions, be it any, keeping Indian cricket in mind, not the Super stars..

I used to be a biiiig fan of Dhoni but not anymore...he is lost that charm...out of form,out of a captains mind frame,out of tricks and will sure be out of the team too...also he is in no good terms with Sehwag,gambhir and all which further makes him unfit to be in the team...when you are playing for your nation keep your ego,problems,controversies aside and concentrate on the game..hardly 11 get to play out of so many crores...agree that you made mistakes and will work on that dont start blames games here like school kids please..Cricket is more than a religion to us Indians...There have been so many instances where I have missed my friday afternoon prayers while in a match...that is the kind of sensitivity we have here..Its time selectors keep aside Dhoni for such weird statements

Hats off to him, for my part he did make a few horrible offerings on this international cup like persisting with Chawla within the institution phases and choosing Sreesanth over Aswhin for the last however he turns out to have a fortunate allure. However he will have to no longer be convinced with this, he will have to check out win extra international cups for India.

Why you asked in this stupid question? Dhoni is a capable, skillful and strategically manage his team. This test series is bad lock for India, but still hope is not dead.I think Dhoni makes his team better than this foam. I hope he create new idea for next games who helps win the match.

Hmm it makes me laugh that he says the difference between the 2 side was JA a fast bowler ,yet he insisted on playing 3 spinners knowing full well the English could handle them with ease and contradicting his own self by drafting in Anware a fast bowler , and then not playing him , ..... sooo they decided to play safe with 3 spinners ?? They should of tried something new the English hadn't seen before like Anwar or Dinda

Nope, he is right at his place. But, he is also a senior now. So, Same statement stands for him too..

Do you remember his statement when he returned home "We are already broken, do not break us more". Actually he made a personal statement.
