suggest me a good software for editing video?
I need to edit a documentary video which I and my friend made as a project, kindly suggest me a good one which has all the normal functions which editing requires

Windows Movie Maker is free and has the basic editing, but I prefer Pinnacle Studio - it crashes sometimes, but boy does it have awesome effects, transitions and features! Sony Vegas Movie Studio is nice, too. I prefer the larger editions of these programs with the extra effects, but for what you need it for, you could save the money and go basic. These programs are Windows user, not Mac.
