Would I look good with this shade of blonde hair? :)?

Question

My hair is currently dirty blonde (my natural color) with some dark at the bottom because I am growing out my roots. A recent picture of me is at twitter.com/allonsyponds

Would I look good with this sort of hair shade?:

I could easily tan if a weird skin tone to hair ratio is a problem. My hair used to be extremely blonde as a kid (naturally) if that matters.

Also, what would be the damage if I were to go professionally to get my hair that blonde?

I think it would look awesome go for it!! to keep that shade of blonde hair it is damaging but to be honest I had brown curly hair and did that and I'm fine hahah so yes go for it! it will look awesome

I wouldn't recommend going bleach blond. 
However, getting it done professionally would probably cause minimal damage.
