what happends in truancy court?
i have truancy court on the 20th. what exactly happends? im new to texas and ive been absent 9 days out of 180. i have a note for 2 of those days and the others my mom can vouch for me. other than that i just wanna know what happends ive never been introuble with the law. i just moved here 4 months ago from michigan and we never had a policy like this. so im kinda nervous. will they make me pay a fine?

Four months is 120 days so how could you be missing 9 out of 180? The numbers do not add. Regardless you and your parents should meet with the school principle and work it out.
