What is the exact value of tan(- 3π / 2 )?

I got 1/0...not sure if this is right.

    That would be the tan(-270) or tan(90)... so tan= sin90/cos90... which means 1/0 or undefined.

    tan(- 3π / 2) = sin(-3π/ 2)/cos(-3π/2) ---> sin(-3π/ 2) = 1, cos(-3π/ 2)) = 0, so tan(- 3π / 2) = 1/0

    So yeah you are correct

    tan(-3pi/2) = -tan(3pi/2) =-sin(3pi/2)/cos(3pi/2) = 1/0
