How is a Haxorous out-speeding my Latias?
As I recall, Latias has better speed than Haxorous. My Latias has max speed, but how is it every time I go against a Haxorous, the Haxorous ends up attacking first?

Either one:
1.The Haxorus is trained for 252 EV for speed,and its nature is the one that increase speed by 10%,thus it achieve the max speed that a Haxorus can have.
2.it is holding a Quick Claw,an item that enable a pokemon to strike first.
Thats the only solution available.
