Horror movie about hospital & crazy doctor?

its about I think some friends who get into a car accident. they go to a hospital and seem to be the only people there and one by one start going missing...long story short the doctor is killing them & using their parts to keep his dying wife alive.

it's s B class movie but I THINK the doctor is or was well known...
