I think Evangeline is fine, but if you added Anna as a middle name also, then i would advise you to not add it in, unless you are planning to remove it when the baby get's older, but nonetheless it's a lovely name.

Evangeline is a cute name! Lots of nicknames: Eve, Evie, Angie, Lina etc.

Overall I think that the name is too long. Silver is a bit strange, although I've always loved the idea of unique and interesting middle names. I prefer Sylvia though, a little less eccentric. Anna seems a little bit pointless in the combo though!
