Lip gloss/chap stick burned my lips?

I bought a lip gloss looking chap stick for $1 at Walmart 4 days ago.It is called Juicy Fruit Rich cocoa Bean Lip Gloss and it's in a plastic round container that looks like carmex with a picture of a cocoa bean on the lid.It's about the same consistency as carmex,but it is white.I bought it because I love the smell of cocoa and it was cheap.I now regret this because it literally burned my lips!I would post a picture of what it looks like,but I can't find it online anywhere!

So when I first bought it, I applied it with my carmex.I then noticed that when I did that,it would dry out my lips,so I decided to use it by itself.That was three days ago.Last night I went shopping and during that time I put the lip gloss on.When I got home I went straight to bed with the gloss on.I woke up today for school at 6:00am and my lips were burning and dry.My top lip is also cracked to where the skin is pealing off.It's now 3:30pm and my lips still burn,are dry,and pealing.It's also not a good burn either,it feels like a continuous tingle with a burning sensation.It feels like my lips are sun burned.Also I usually don't have dry lips.

I've looked online everywhere to see if anyone else has had this problem,but I can't find even a single picture or article of it.It says on the container that it was made in China,so the quality is not good.

I was wondering if it would be any of the ingredients,but I don't what is causing it.The ingredients are:

Mineral oil,polybutene,C18-21 alkane, ozokerite,ethylhexyl palamitate,microcrystalline wax,simmondsia chinensis (jojoba) seed oil,beeswax,trihydroxystearin,methylparaben,tocopheryl acetate,BHT,and titanium dioxide

How can I stop the burning and can I contact anyone about it (walmart or the company).The packaging and container have no numbers at all.It only says it was made in china and distributed by Walmart.Also could this be an allergic reaction to the product?
