Any books?......................:................?

One of my favorite fantasy books is "The Amulet of Samarkand" by Jonathan Stroud. While it is technically for younger people, a lot of adults love this book. It is highly original and very funny. Like you, I am not a fan of teenage books (I never was, even when I was a teenager) but this is my exception.

Another good fantasy (and this actually is an adult book) is "The Eyes of the Dragon" by Stephen King.

Good luck with your search, I've always had a really hard time finding good fantasy that didn't only appeal to younger audiences.
