Does permanent human extensions ruin your hair?

Ehh permanent ones aren't a good idea unless you REALLY need them. If it's just for some extra length and volume then get clip ins. They're the least bothersome because you just clip them in between your natural hair and blend them in. Plus they last longer because you can take them out before bed or swimming. Human hair extensions are the best because you can dye them or flat iron them if you want, plus they look natural. Synthetic hair extensions are cheaper but well...they just look fake and they don't last too long either. I once got clip ins called Easy Clips, they lasted for almost 2yrs (no straightening or hair dying) and no-one noticed that they weren't my real hair, lol! Got them at a site called Rylees, they have other brands if you want. All of them are good quality though.

If you have to ask, it is probably not a good idea then but you should ask your hair dresser just to be sure.
