Question

Ok I've found my passion. Hacking. I do not wish to be a illegal hacker and cash hacker, but a vigilante hacker. I am tired of seeing so many sites and pages degrading the Internet and the world. I want to join a league of hackers. But where are they? Where are these creeds of hackers? Do you guys know? Are you a hacker? Can you show me where to go? Finding an IP address is a walk in the park for you right? I am a noob. A noob that needs help. I want to learn how to break the small security sites. I wouldn't screw with the government or other major sites. I want to be on a "online brigade". Teach me! I know it will take time and practice. I know to not bite off more than you can chew. I am ready for this. There will be rough times, but I will take them head on. I wish not to create viruses to destroy others computers. I would only use them to destroy evil websites. Oh I mean as bad sites are the ones like the "RIP ADAM LANZA" ones. Those are sick. But if hacking can't do that then that's ok.

At first I thought you were talking about being a White Hat hacker or maybe a Gray Hat hacker. I had a couple sites in mind to get you started.

But you lost me with this one:

White Hats and Gray Hats don't destroy. So you are clearly in the Black Hat category.

I'm not against having evil websites destroyed. But I do have an issue with who gets to decide which sites are good and which are evil. What makes you think you are qualified to judge good vs. evil for all of us?

What if your definition of evil is different from mine?
What if your definition of good is different from mine?

ETA: I don't consider what Devin suggests hacking. If you learn those skills, you are at best a 'script kiddie'.  Most sites are well protected against script kiddies today, although, yeah, users still do stupid things and get their account hacked. But unless you manage to hack an admins account that way, you haven't done much. Hacking a luser account and hacking a system take different skills.

Here's a link to a book you might enjoy. It's a bit dated, but it does illustrate what kind of skills are needed to be a *real* hacker. And how you can still get caught in the end ;-)
