Democrats do. Look at the ACA. 2700 pages to say it is not legal to refuse medical insurance to people with pre existing conditions. They hid behind closed doors for weeks to see how badly they could screw over the seniors.

Emotional laws are selfish because they just make the progressive liberal FEEL better.
