Changing my bad diet for some results?
Hey there, I'm a pretty athletic guy 21 years old 6'3'' weight lifter and runner. Ive been thinking about what changes I want to make for the new year, and i think my best idea would be my diet. I feel like that is whats holding me back from having a phenomenal physique! I'm not all that fat to begin with but I've never quite had a 6 or 8 pack abs but close on the 6 im rocking a solid 4 pack right now haha. Anyways I usually sit down on the bike after lifting for an hour and go pretty hard usually do about 1000 calories and call it a day. My diet isnt all that good though, ive cut french fries out of diet, I just want maybe like a meal plan or something for 7 days a week, stuff that tastes great and is good for you! Ill eat just about anything so no worries there. Thank you if you help me out!

Actually, you don't need to diet per se if you want to lose weight, the sole diet which clearly delivered for me was wu-yi tea, it can be viewed in the resource box underneath, they have a limited number of free trials remaining, it was featured in Fox News and CNN. I lost twenty pounds, it clearly does produce success!
