Change in 4 month olds stool?
My 4 month old has had problems with constipation since we had to start her on formula we finally found a formula that corrected the problem two days ago her stool was dark almost black and thick (almost sticky looking) and today it was watery green... Any ideas or am I just over thinking this situation

Well changing her formula can make her stool change! It's normal, her stool will change as she gets bigger and starts eating baby food and table food. Its most likely just her body adjusting to something different. I wouldn't worry unless she kept having diarrea. If you are really worried call her pediatrician! But I think shes fine, its ok if you are over thinking it, you'll do that alot because its your baby!!
